| Feeding Guidelines | Puppy Age and Percent to Feed: To determine the amount of food to feed per day, multiply the puppy's current weight by the percent to feed (above). Younger puppies are fed at least 3 times daily until about 8 months old. Puppies fed 100% raw will experience slower growth over a longer period of time, and therefore may need to be fed a Puppy Formula for longer than a puppy fed only a percentage of raw. A puppy may be switched to adult food and portions when growth begins to slow significantly. These are general feeding guidelines; consult with an expert for more specific recommendations. |
